Shipping Policy

We currently only process orders for the contiguous US (Except for Alaska and Hawaii). We apologize to all of our international customers and customers from Alaska and Hawaii! We cannot ship to customers from Alaska, Hawaii and other countries temporarily due to problems with the logistics company cooperating with us. After receiving your order confirmation email, all In-Stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will ship on next Monday or next workday. All orders within the contiguous US are shipped via UPS or USPS. Expected delivery is within 3-7 days.

How do you check the status of your order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email or the package you received missing items, please contact us at service@all4jig.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you see the package is returned to the sender, we will check it for you as soon as possible. We need to confirm that the package has been returned to our warehouse before we can re-ship it for you.
